TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING: We ship our Fine Art Adhesive Prints via UPS Ground, and our Fine Art Greeting Cards and Magnets via Priority Mail both within 3-4 weeks after receipt of the order. Product orders can be picked up at our facility within 3 weeks of placement of order.

RETURN POLICY: Small Yellow Horses cannot accept returns or cancellations on products.

MERCHANDISE DEFECTS: All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement; we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Please contact us at info@smallyellowhorses.com or call us at (541) 690-4699 for authorization.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@smallyellowhorses.com or call us at (541) 690-4699. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details of the damage prior to sending a replacement. All damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving order to be eligible for replacement or credit.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or canceled during processing.
